The Junior League of Ocala is proud to be so involved with helping the community. One of our key goals is to help
children. One of our ongoing projects is The Black Stallion LIteracy Project. This is a program that strives to increase
literacy rates by providing books to children and making it exciting to read. (For more info, please visit

To help raise funds, we are hosting a wonderful fundraising event at The Midnight Rodeo in Ocala on April 28th from 6pm
til 10pm. Ticket prices are $40 and are now on sale. If you are a school teacher, you can buy tickets for just $30!!! Tickets
can be purchased through any member of the Junior League or by mail order - just click

(Please note that all guests must be at least age 21.)
The evening's benefit includes free food, a number of drink coupons and entertainment. Also, there will be door prizes.
Additionally, you may wish to sign up for the Texas Hold 'em Tournament, play blackjack or craps, play pool or buy
raffle tickets for more prize opportunities.
All of the evening's proceeds will benefit the Black Stallion Literacy Project in Marion County.
